The Friends and Volunteers of Sheffield Music Hub is a charity that provides support to the Music Hub by raising money and helping at events such as concerts and workshops. They do this to say a thank you to the Music Hub for their amazing efforts nurturing the love of music with children and young people.
They are a friendly group made up of parents, carers, grandparents or anyone in Sheffield who truly values a music education and has seen how music can enhance the lives of their own and other people’s children.
Both the Music Hub and the Friends & Volunteers charity are growing, with new and creative ideas being at the forefront. They would love you to join them on this journey. Your involvement can be as much or as little as you wish. Please come along to a meeting to find out more.
Future Meetings - AGM
This year’s AGM is on Thursday 19 May 2022 and will take place at All Saints Catholic High School at 7pm. Everybody is welcome to attend. Please come and join us to celebrate what we have done and achieved. The Chair and the Treasurer will present their reports, any new committee members will be voted in and any resignations will be accepted.
Anyone who is interested in joining the Friends and Volunteers can help out whenever and however they can. It could be:
- supporting at Music Hub concerts or rehearsals
- improving Friends and Volunteers communications by posting on social media (Facebook; Twitter etc.) on the charity’s behalf
- running fund raising events in your local community
- selling pre-loved music books on e-bay
