Instruments: Guitar and Ukulele
Craig started teaching guitar in 2000 and has worked in many different areas of the music industry. Through his work as a teacher he has been interviewed for the Guitar Tutor magazine and was featured in the international Guitar Techniques magazine. Craig offers all manner of guitar lessons from classical to rock, metal and jazz. He also teaches bass guitar and ukulele.
As well as teaching, Craig has worked with many different bands and has played countless gigs across the country. Some highlights have been playing the O2, Octagon and City Hall. Through his work as a musician he has played a variety of gigs from theatres to clubs, festivals, award ceremonies and even Butlin’s! He performed at the Cue Ball event, the opening for the world snooker championships and shared the bill with TV presenter Alex Zane. He has been interviewed and played live on Radio and spent time in the recording studio. One of his claims to fame was performing in front of both Prince William and Prince Harry!
Craig also works as an examiner for the Registry of Guitar Tutors in partnership with the London College of Music. Through his work as an examiner he conducts exams from the Initial stage right through to Diplomas in Teaching and Performance. This work has seen Craig travel all over the world from trips to Greece and Cyprus to as far afield as New Zealand and Australia.
