Music Lessons - Transition from Y6 to Y7

As your child prepares to move from their primary into secondary school we want to make the change over into Autumn Term and the continuation of lessons as easy as possible for everyone.  Therefore, we ask that you complete our Y6/Y7 Transition Form.

What do I need to do now?

Please click here to complete this quick form to advise us of your child’s new school and/or if you would like to make any changes to what your child/young person is receiving now.

The form details what music lessons are available in the secondary schools across the city and give you a chance to review the lesson length, plus the option to withdraw should you wish. The form gives which Music Leader delivers the lessons in each school setting, why not get in touch with them now to discuss your child's transition? They would love to hear from you.

Please complete the form by the 15th June. This allows our team to update our pupil management system. You will then receive your updated invoice for Autumn Term at the end of June.   Please keep a look out for this in your emails as it will come via our accounting system Eepos.

If your child is moving to a school where one of our Accredited Teachers will be teaching, we will continue to work closely with them to ensure that all children who wish to continue their music education are able to do so.
