How we Support the Music Hub

In the last year we have raised money through:

• Sponsored Sheffield 10K race
• Crowdfunding on the Spacehive platform for our Samba for Sheffield project including a wellbeing event for Sheffield City council Employees and bag packing at Tescos
• Tuck shop at rehearsals
• Concert ticket sales
• Refreshments at concerts
• Raffles
• Organising fundraising concerts with Music Leaders, students, alumni and staff

How your donations have helped:

• Buying new samba drums and delivering Samba workshops in school 
• Buying sheet music for groups
• Subsidising travel to the intermediate group residential to Kingswood
• Buying xylophones for staff training and workshops in schools.
• Purchasing publicity leaflets and posters to advertise the music groups of the Sheffield Music Hub more widely
