Vocal Specialist Emily Lowe to Join Concordia Voices Open Rehearsal
Young people aged 14 to 18 are invited to attend the next Concordia Voices open rehearsal on 14th June at The Foundry Studios in Sheffield. This free session will feature a special guest appearance by Emily Lowe, a highly experienced vocal specialist and performer.
Emily Lowe is a Performing Arts graduate from the University of Sunderland with an impressive international career. She has performed alongside renowned artists such as Andrea Bocelli and Ray Davies, and her voice can be heard on major film soundtracks including The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and The Life of Pi. As a member of the acclaimed Crouch End Festival Chorus, Emily brings a wealth of experience in both classical and popular music.
In addition to her performance credentials, Emily holds a Master’s degree in Voice Pedagogy and has over 11 years of experience teaching voice. She specialises in inclusive vocal training for adolescents, with a particular focus on supporting trans*+ and gender-expansive singers.
This open rehearsal offers a unique opportunity for young singers to learn from a professional who is deeply committed to helping every voice thrive.
