New Teacher Training opportunity: Using singing to support learning across a broad curriculum

Here at Sheffield Music Hub, we know the power of music to change children’s lives and influence learning in a broad range of subjects. This research carried out in Sheffield Schools by our partners Out of the Ark Music showed how creating a culture of everyday singing in schools has measurable and strong impacts on school results and children’s confidence.

We’re teaming up with Out of the Ark again for a full day of CPD workshops on 11th June. Teachers can attend part or all of the day and select the workshops that best suit their school needs. With workshops about KS1 Maths and English, SEND, Music Curriculum and improving your singing warm ups, there’s something for every primary school teacher.
