Conductor Needed for Loxley Silver Band

Loxley Silver Band are currently looking to recruit for the position of Musical Director! Please see below for further details from them:

We hope that the successful candidate will look to take the band further in both contests and concerts in an active calendar of events, ensuring that members are enjoying playing throughout.

We currently hold a strong position in the 4th section, with success in various contests within the Yorkshire region.

The band has a friendly atmosphere, with a mix of young and experienced players who are looking for an MD to take the mantle and push for more success.

The band rehearse Monday and Thursday evenings from 7:45-9:30pm, at Stanwood Methodist Church in Stannington.

This is a paid position which is negotiable.
