Sheffield Music Hub is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our creative Operations Team as a Business Support Officer. This full-time role involves working closely with the Business Support Manager and Operations Manager on various office/admin tasks and providing technical support for our new Music Management System, EEPOS.

Key Responsibilities

• Data inputting and IT support
• Customer support
• Supporting children and young people facing barriers to music education

Ideal Candidate

• Strong data inputting and IT skills
• Customer support experience
• Preferably some experience in an educational setting
